SENIOR CYBER CAFE: LEARN TO USE YOUR TABLET, SMARTPHONE

Tired of asking your grandchildren how to operate your smart phone? Tired of your smart phone making you feel like you need to go back to school?

Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is hosting two free Senior Cyber Café events July 18 and August 15. Brunch will be served at both events. Learn to take control of your devices instead of letting your devices control you.

Senior Cyber Cafe - Texting and Managing Contacts on July 18 will focus on texting and managing your contacts list. The event will be from 10 a.m. to noon with brunch. RSVP by July 15 to Curtis M. Jones at cjones@pmma.org or by calling 785-841-4262.

Senior Cyber Café – Emails, Photos and Apps 101 on August 15 will focus on using your email from your smartphone, taking and sending photos and apps to make your life easier. The event will be from 10 a.m. to noon with brunch. RSVP by August 12 to Curtis M. Jones at cjones@pmma.org or by calling 785-841-4262.

Bring your Apple or Android device and your list of questions.

These free events are part of Presbyterian Manor's ongoing Just Ask lifelong learning series focusing on issues of interest to seniors and their adult children.
