Welcome to Lawrence Presbyterian Manor

Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is a senior living community located in historical Lawrence, Kansas. We offer independent living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care/skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation and respite care

In 2014, we added assisted living memory care to our services, offering a social model of care that combines group activities and family-style dining with personalized memory therapies for those needing Alzheimer's or dementia care.

Our Post-Acute to Home short-term rehabilitation program offers seniors a bridge between hospital and home following an illness, surgery or injury with a qualifying Medicare A stay.

A move to our campus allows you to pursue life the way you want to live and the security of knowing we offer the services you may need in the future.

Our campus is home to residents who represent the rich diversity of the surrounding community. Among our 180 residents are retired farmers, musicians, writers, artists, business people, teachers and homemakers. Ties with the University of Kansas are strong, with many “Jayhawks”— former professors, housemothers, dietitians and administrators — now calling LPM home.

To satisfy the unique and varied tastes of this eclectic group, Lawrence Presbyterian Manor maintains a full calendar of resident-focused activities throughout the year, both on and off campus. The prestigious Alvamar golf course is less than a half mile away, and scenic Clinton Lake is just minutes away.

The Lawrence area offers plentiful cultural, educational and entertainment options and some of the state’s loveliest landscapes. Deer and other wildlife are often spotted on our campus and in the yards of our townhomes.

You’ll meet residents who shape their community, creating the kind of retirement lifestyle they want. In fact, residents often tell us they wish they’d moved here sooner!
