Christie Patrick

Executive Director
Christie joined Lawrence Presbyterian Manor in July 2015 as executive director. No stranger to Presbyterian Manor, Christie has served in a variety of roles at the Topeka campus since 1998, most recently as Health Services Administrator. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration from Baker University. She completed her Administrator in Training with Kansas Adult Care Executives and is a licensed Adult Care Home Administrator in Kansas. Christie’s previous positions at Presbyterian Manor include certified nurse assistant, certified medication aide, medical records assistant and business administrator. She was a fellow in the 2014 LeadingAge Kansas Center for Leadership program and a member of Kansas Adult Care Homes Executives.

Chris Phelps

Sales and Marketing Counselor
Chris joined Presbyterian Manor in June 2021. Prior to joining Presbyterian Manor, he worked in senior Medicare sales for four years, telecom sales and consulting for 7 years and worked in media and marketing for 5 years. Chris has an associate of arts degree in business management from Texas State Technical College and was once a Kansas Licensed Private Investigator. He is involved in the Topeka Civitan group, serves as media coordinator for his church and volunteers in multiple areas for the needy. When he is not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and tinkering with his project car and his project boat. He also loves to scuba dive and snorkel.

Kim Bond

RN, Director of Nursing
Kim joined the Lawrence Presbyterian Manor team in March 2021, but she is no stranger to the PMMA® organization. Since 1999, she has worked at the former Kansas City Presbyterian Manor and Aberdeen Village in Olathe in various roles including charge nurse, wound nurse, house supervisor and assistant director of nursing. She has an associate’s degree in nursing from Brown Mackie College and a degree in nursing from Penn Valley. She is a registered nurse. She has also taught certified nurse assistant classes part-time for Johnson County Community College.

Maryann Hartman

Human Resource Generalist
Maryann joined Lawrence Presbyterian Manor in October 2019. She previously worked for The Arnold Group, a human resource company specializing in staffing, recruiting and human resources. Before moving into human resources, Maryann worked in sales. A native of California, Maryann grew up in Kansas. She enjoys the outdoors, volunteering and spending time with family.

Kim Trupia

Social Services Director
Kim joined Lawrence Presbyterian Manor in October 2019. She previously worked in senior living and for adult protective services for the State of Kansas. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kan., and a master’s of arts degree in aging studies from Wichita State. She is a licensed bachelor’s social worker (LBSW).

Linda Fyler

Activity Director
Linda has been with Lawrence Presbyterian Manor since September 1994. Linda holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from the University of Kansas, and she previously taught middle school English and history.

Kevin House

Director of Environmental Services
Kevin joined Lawrence Presbyterian Manor in 2011 as a maintenance technician and assumed the role of director of environmental services in 2014. He now oversees all of Presbyterian Manor’s maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations. Before joining our team, Kevin worked in the maintenance field around the Lawrence area for about 10 years. Prior to that, he worked as a general contractor, and his projects included building timber frame houses in Oregon.

Rev. Dinah Eleanor Dutta

Chaplain
Dinah joined Lawrence Presbyterian Manor in June 2020. She was previously the resident chaplain/oncology chaplain fellow at the University of Kansas Medical Center/Health Care and served as pastor at Evangelical Lutheran churches in Atchison, Emporia and Valley Falls. Prior to entering the ministry, she was a research scientist focusing on cancer drug development at the University of Kansas. She has a Ph.D in organic medicinal chemistry from North Easter Hill University in Shillong, India, and a master of divinity from Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa. She is a certified resident chaplain and a certified oncology chaplain through the University of Kansas Medical Center.
