Lawrence PMMA receives 2022 Customer Experience Award

Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is once again a recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s Customer Experience Award™. Qualifying for the award in categories in health care, Lawrence Presbyterian Manor displays a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior health care services.

“Our mission to provide quality senior services guided by Christian values is the foundation of all we do,” said Desi Flerlage, executive director. “This award shows that our residents and their families are confident in the care and services we provide.”

Throughout its 46-year history of serving the community, Lawrence Presbyterian Manor has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Over the course of 2021, a sampling of Lawrence Presbyterian Manor’s customers and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well as the opportunity to rate the senior living community in specific categories.

Every month, Lawrence Presbyterian Manor has gathered its real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of the residents’ needs and make improvements when necessary.  

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, Lawrence Presbyterian Manor has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average.

Health care residents and their families gave the community high marks in activities and overall satisfaction.

A customer satisfaction measurement firm with 25 years of experience in post-acute health care, Pinnacle conducts over 150,000 phone surveys each year and works with more than 2,500 care providers in all 50 U.S. states, Canada and Puerto Rico.
