Lawrence Presbyterian Manor receives top award for customer experience

Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is proud to announce it’s the recipient of the 2024 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer satisfaction measurement firm. Qualifying for the award means Lawrence Presbyterian Manor has placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average.

“This award is a great honor for our community,” said Desi Flerlage, executive director. “It means our residents and their families have put a lot of trust in our ability to serve them well and we're proud to deliver.”

Throughout 2023, manor residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews, answering open-ended questions and rating Lawrence Presbyterian Manor in multiple categories. Based on the answers, Pinnacle has determined that the community has qualified for the award for independent living in the following service areas:

• Dignity and Respect

• Transportation Needs

Throughout its history of serving the community, Lawrence Presbyterian Manor has placed a strong emphasis on meeting every resident’s individual needs. This award reinforces that commitment.

“It reflects our dedication to live out our mission to provide quality senior services guided by Christian values,” said Flerlage.

Pinnacle has 26 years of experience in senior care and conducts over 150,000 phone surveys each year. It works with more than 2,500 providers in all 50 U.S. states, Canada and Puerto Rico.
