Lawrence Presbyterian Manor wins 2024 Pinnacle Customer Experience Award!

Congratulations to Lawrence Presbyterian Manor Independent Living for winning the 2024 Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, earned because of positive customer feedback through telephone surveys.
Lawrence Presbyterian Manor seeks customer feedback through monthly telephone surveys. Each month, residents and their representatives are randomly selected to participate in telephone satisfaction surveys conducted by Pinnacle Quality Insight.
Earning this award means Lawrence Presbyterian Manor consistently ranks among the top 15% of providers nationally.
The graphic highlights some of the survey results. All scores are given on a 5-point scale, with 5 being the highest score and 1 the lowest score. Between January 2023 and December 2023, Lawrence Presbyterian Manor residents and their families gave the community high scores in for demonstrating dignity and respect, for the nursing care and for meeting individual needs.
“I appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff,” said one resident’s family member. “I would tell others it's a very nice facility. The staff makes it very personable to the residents.”
